Tourism Marketing Tip #17 – Put Your Press Kit Online

You no longer need a custom-printed folder with glossy 8×10 photographs and a DVD of your work. Everything for you press kit should have a special page on your web site. You can put downloadable high-resolution and web-resolution photos there. Have video segments that journalists and blogger can watch. You can also put downloadable PDF documents of any pertinent background material.

Make it easy for the press and have everything online. If you send an old-fashioned press kit, it most likely will end up in the trash.
